The Brief:

Works involved the extensive remodeling of an existing building creating a unique space in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.

The Project Involved:

  • The demolition and stripping out of existing office, including façade, roof, two five-story lift shafts
  • New steelworks, underpinning, lift pit and below ground drainage
  • New façade
  • The structural alterations for new a feature staircase through 3 floors
  • Fitting out of 3,000m² of high quality office space
  • Full Mechanical and Electrical installation
  • New timber roof of architectural merit
  • New high pressure mist system
  • Management and attendance on Client direct contractors
