The Brief:

Two new build sites within an existing school grounds for Wokingham Borough Council.

The Project Involved:

  • Ground works, including mini piled foundations, ring beam, block and beam flooring and drainage
  • Construction of car park including new decking, fencing and soft landscaping
  • SIP frame
  • External cedar cladding
  • Full joinery package including bespoke windows, doors and internal items
  • Single ply membrane roof and rainwater goods
  • New electrical, HVAC and plumbing installation to public sector requirements
  • All decoration works and floor coverings
  • Installation of all kitchen and sanitary ware
