The Brief:

The new warehouse was 8,900m² of open space and major works were necessary prior to H&M taking possession. 600m² of office space were created, canteen area and toilets installed, mezzanine area built and installation of electronic picking system.

The Project Involved:

  • Demolition and structural remodeling
  • Steelwork
  • Fit out of a back of house offices
  • Design, Management and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinklers and Plumbing Installations
