The Brief:

Appointed by a Developer to design and build 21 residential flats and retail space on behalf of a well-known housing association.

The Project Involved:

  • Demolition of existing structures
  • RC pads and strip footings
  • RC sheer walls, columns and transfer slab
  • Face brickwork and block work
  • Construction of lift shaft and installation of four floor lift
  • Pre-cast concrete flooring and screeding
  • Structural steel work
  • MF Ceilings and stud work
  • Construction of 6000 sq ft shell and core retail space
  • Construction of cut timber roof with single ply membrane covering
  • Fitting out of 21 residential units including decorations, floor coverings, kitchens and sanitary ware
  • New electrical, HVAC and plumbing installations to 21 flats
